It offers you a safe and confidential space, to work through any issues or difficulties you may be facing, and develop a better understanding of your self and others.

Psychotherapy does not involve giving you advice or to prescribe medication, rather it is to help you find your own solutions,  or finding ways to cope with your difficulties or concerns and help you strengthen your own personal resources.
